Eva Boland

Exercise Physiology & Women's Health

    Eva holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (2005) and an Honours degree in Exercise Metabolism (2006). She is an accredited Exercise Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, and Clinical Pilates Instructor, with over 19 years of clinical experience. Eva runs her own private practice in Canberra, where she specialises in women’s health, with a particular focus on midlife.

    She has completed extensive postgraduate training in clinical exercise and rehabilitation, and has designed and delivered professional development programs for health professionals. Eva is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Canberra. Her leadership contributions include serving as Chair of the ACT Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) chapter and as a member of the ESSA Professional Standards Committee.
