Dr Ian McKeown is a global leader in high-performance sport, with more than 20 years working across elite environments including the NHL (Philadelphia Flyers), AFL, the Australian Institute of Sport and Football Federation Australia. He is currently the General Manager of High Performance at the Adelaide Crows, where he focuses on aligning athlete care, coaching, and performance strategy. Ian holds a PhD in Sports Science and brings a blend of academic rigour and real-world experience. His work in ecological dynamics and applied performance has shaped how teams think about athlete development. Known for his thoughtful, people-first approach, he builds strong, high-trust environments and supports organisations to perform at their best, on and off the field.
