Join us for an early morning 3km, 5km or 8km group run along the River Torrens, led by the Healthia Adelaide team. Enjoy scenic views of landmarks like Adelaide Oval and Botanic Park, with a guided warm-up at 6:30am. All fitness levels welcome.

Enjoy a relaxing 45-minute cruise along the River Torrens on Adelaide’s iconic Popeye boat, taking in scenic views and famous landmarks like Adelaide Oval and the Festival Centre. Boarding begins at 6:30am (arrive by 6:20am). Places are limited.
